Nothing to say....just adding to the page count
Only joking.....i have dealt with BMW for over 20 years with cars and only the last 3 with bikes. The service i have received has been nothing more than exemplary, i'm not saying i have never had any issues but they have always been resolved with the minimum of fuss or inconvenience.

Look on the bright side..............I am not as fucking stupid as you to spend £17000 on a new WC, make complaints about it on social media and go from a win-win position to zero in a short space of time

How are you ever going to know just how good your dealer and manufacturer are unless something goes wrong?
It's how it's dealt with that's the most important thing and that situation requires an element of courtesy/respect from all parties concerned

I have had issues and all sorted with the minimum of fuss......because i'm so lovely, I know because my mum says so

What a sarcy bunch I was in the fishing engineering North Scotland and I'm afraid that was one thing that wound us oldies up was sarcasm (sorry if that's not what I'm picking up) yeah some of the comments have a germ of truth but for heavens sake. OP I hope it works out keep cool and make a few bridges, life's to short to go overboard, I've been there! and got wet.

I was once part of an 8 man racing crew on a Sigma 365 racing cruiser. Got caught out for 9 hours in a gale force 9 (easy peasy for you) but I've never been so ill. Weird thing was, next day main was flapping in the breeze, sea like glass.
When you wee yourself to keep warm and the taste of vomit is a pleasant change from salt water, that's when you know your life is getting exciting. Ever had your wellies blown off with water pressure into a wave?.... haha

We fucked up one day, dropped the Spinnaker into the sea with it still attached to cleats, almost ripped the mast off as we went sideways. Half the boat was under water.
