Lost note on Outlook

I had some V.important notes (to me)loaded via my I phone and synced to my pc but I gave the phone to my son now I'm looking on my outlook on my pc where they were there some time ago but now not.

Some notes are there, is there any way i can retrive them or are they gone for ever.
( i phone was wiped and I guess the notes went when i sync'd my blackberry )

usually all notes when deleted are treat like calendar appointments and will be in the deleted items folder of outlook - unless someone has deleted the 'deleted items' you should be able to recover it

Emptied long time ago-need to find a way to recover it.

hmmm - i take it you have looked in your recycle bin? if you deleted from 'deleted items' they go into there.

did you use an exchange server for your emails and calendar (such as googlemail )by any chance? if you did they will have a copy if you access it via tinterweb.

have you checked in any archived folders in outlook?

other than that im not familiar with a data recovery program that will recover outlook files or data.

if you deleted your recycle bin you could try a program like 'pandora recovery' its free and if you do a deep scan it can sometimes find deleted files and restore them to where they came from - if successful simply restore the note from the bin.

other than that i fink yer stuffed!
