Why don't you just go and ride the bikes and then make you mind up. All dealers should have demo bikes by now. It is that easy:beerjug:

... FFS Man, you've had it for minutes, how's the enduro box compared to standard?

I had the adventure out this Sunday afternoon. The enduro gearing is sweet. I'm going to have a load of fun on the trails with this new gearing as well trying to keep the front wheel down. The front felt light even with a full tank of fuel and this is with having to keep the bike under 4,000rpm under acceleration. The whole bike is great.
This enduro box should be on the 1200rt as well. I'm not worried about top end speed.

The problem is (and has been mentioned) no dealers have demo bikes with the enduro gear option which is one of the reasons the question was asked. :blast

They do in New Zealand, Australia and the USA. The demo bikes may be still on there way to the dealers. Did you not know Ireland is the last on the list for deliveries :augie

Really? Well of course being Irish I'm a bit thick so just assumed that we were the same as Scotland England and Wales where the demo bikes (which arrived in the middle of January BTW) all have standard gearing

Did I say you were thick:eek: what I said the bikes with the low gearing have only be delivered last week so may be Ireland is like Australia and New Zealand and have only ordered the low geared adventures.
