Low volume on CarPlay

Hi,

I have a Caruride 702BS, paired with an iPhone. The sound from the MRA app is barely audible. When I use Scenic and Waze, they can be heard clearly up to about 60 mph.

Is this normal, or have I missed a setting with MRA?

I've got the same, the volume seems really low... have been looking and couldn't find the answer inside the box or software...

I’ve raised a ticket with MRA after seeing it wasn’t just me. I’ll update if I get any information

Hi are you just trying to do this via the TFT ? and what phone and comms are you using

Have you turned the volume up to max on the phone ?
Also, go into settings, apps, find the app you use and check if there’s a volume tab in it.
In maps for instance you can set the spoken instructions for soft, normal and loud.
