Luggage prices.

I maybe changing bikes soon.

A dealer has offered ma an extra £250.00 if I leave the vario luggage on the bike. (Panniers and topbox).

Not sure if it's worth trying to sell it privately...... What you lot think ?

You should get more private sale but beware it can take longer and if fees are involved it can cut your profits...

It's a bit complicated. If you dealer is offering £250 extra for the luggage and you can get say 300 for it from adds you stand to make £50. But your bike is less desribable. Jjh

Depends what luggage it is. If your moving to a bike that uses the same then keep them. A full set new (bmw ones) is well over a grand and second hand prices are around half full price, could be even more than that depending on condition. When I was looking for a set people were bidding up to 80% of the new price on eBay which is why I went for none factory ones in the end.
