Just dawned on me, I should mention that I have a full machine shop if any one needs bits turned up.
Pretty much every thing from very big lathes to surface grinders and the odd gigantic mill thrown in for good measure.
I also have a full welding bay with MIG, TIG, Stick and gas. Dont do a lot of aluminum wleding but the equipment is here.

I went to buy a replacement set of pins to hold on the rear pegs on my 1200 from BMW, I almost had a heart attack when I was told the price!
I cant be the only tight git that rides a BMW can I ?

What sort of stuff do you normally make?

I work mostly restoring steam traction engines, and commission builds of traction engine models.
Just of late a lot of work has come in for short batch runs of stainles steel fittings and brackets il
take in most anything that falls in the scope of the machines I have. The only thing I tend to send work out
for is laser and water jet cutting.

For inspiration, I had some handlebar mounting blocks made by a local machine shop. They are lower than the OEM GSA blocks allowing me to use McGrath bend Rental bars and Rox anti vibration risers but keep a similar handlebar height.
