Main dealer service

So my wonderful Roadking has a full dealer history with it. I’ve just bought a stage one air filter kit to go with the new pipes (I know, it’s completely pointless, but it was cheap and a genuine V&H kit).

The bike was serviced by a main dealer 1000 miles ago….one that I don’t have a particularly good history with…..open the air filter cover and ………

It needs new plugs too!

At least the oils are spotless, so they did do something on the service!

Did they change the oil filter though? It's not unknown for some places to just give the filter a quick wipe over. I always put a distinctive but small mark on filters before a dealer service

I’m fairly confident they did because the oil is absolutely pristinE, which it wouldn’t be if they hadn’t changed the filter.
