Just wanted to recommend Mane Event , a company based in Manchester that does pannier bags for BMW and Honda. I recently ordered bags for the 2013 R1200GS, And David from mane event promptly replied to all emails. He dispatched the goods on Monday (1st), and the y arrived today (2nd). They are a top company, very reliable, and the bags are superb, and half the price of the BMW equivalent. Well Recommended!!!

Similar experience, I use 3 piece inner bags for the (Ali) GSA panniers two long trips still working perfectly. I put all the cables, chargers etc one carries nowadays in the handy zipped cubby on the exhaust side.

I bought Mane Event bags second had for my LT and can only agree.
I usually overnight in b'ham most weeks, so my bags see weekly use and 3 years later they are still fine.
