MapSource help.....

Can anyone help me solve a little problem Im having with unlocking my MapSource?
I have just bought a street pilot 3 and I am trying to install City Navigator Europe V7.
I am getting the following error message each time I enter the unlock code:

OS: Windows XP Service Pack 2
Processor: Intel Processor Level: 15, RAM: 522220 KB

I have already logged onto Garmin.com and entered my details in myaccount.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

search the garmin site for the Mapsource upgrade. I think it is about 28meg. It solves this problem.
