I know who I'll be backing up !

Some people expect a lot and give very little in return!

You're right....I was kind enough to let Neil take my bike in to his garage for several days just so he could practice some things like changing plugs, tuning and changing bearings etc, but after that he demanded at least a hundred pounds and all he gave me back was a bit of paper with a few numbers on it!!:blast

I'll teach the :censor: though......I'm going to carry on taking my bikes all the way from Harwich to SW London just to piss him off and give him the practice that he so obviously needs :JB

He stole ...

... my flat-spot he did; took the bike in for a little 'work' and when I collected it, no bloody flat-spot. Ee's a wrong 'un, that's what I say :blagblah

OK, this is todays menu -

Customer is collecting his bike and someone else a set of TT panniers are being picked up. All before 12 midday.
So my plan is to collect the (missing from last weeks batch)) headguards from the foundry and some stainless bolts after they've been collected.

Someone called yesterday about a leaking front wheel bearing ? ( i kid you not) from their R1200R, could i just have a quick look as they're worried. Ok says i, get here before 12 midday and i'll have a look, but don't arrive later as i'll be out.

Que this morning, both bike and panniers picked up before 9.30am - super.
I get a phone call from Sid (crapuad) in devon, can he pick his bike up this afternoon. Bugger, can't do as i'll be out at the foundry.

It's now 12 midday, and the R1200R hasn't turned up. Which means i've wasted two and a half hours, when i could've left here at 9.30am to go to the foundry, get back at 1.30pm ish and Sid would've had time at leave devon and get here about 2-2.30ish .

See, by trying to do a favour for a complete stranger has meant my day and sids plans being fecked up.

So Lolly, can you now understand how i try to arrange things in the way i do.

you carry on mate

Your'e doing a cracking job, i get the same siht at work, its a right proper pain in the asre.
The trick is trying to weed out the tyre kickers..And when the TK's call again after they've fecked you about, then its your'e turn to feck them about.:augie:augie:augie
tbh im impressed you find the time to do the stuff you do.
well done son,keep it up.
