Anyone know anything about Meta Alarms?
Just got the bike home, turned it off and after 50 seconds it did the normal single beep to tell me the immobiliser was now on.
Washed the salt off with the hose, dried the bike down.
Pressed the fob deactivated the immobiliser and let the bike warm up.
Turned the bike off, put in the garage, bike again immobilises itself after 50 seconds.
I decide I want the alarm off so press the fob to deactivate the immobiliser and nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! Won't turn off !!!
After numerous attempts resorted to using the PIN code method of deativation which is a pain in the arse but works! Bike started!
Turned it off, again nothing!
Decide to replace both batteries in fob but still nothing!
Is it possible to disconnect the alarm all together?
Anyone any ideas as to whats up?
I never yet had an alarm on a bike that hasn't caused me some greif!
Bike was bought from Clarks, Birmingham just over a month ago!
