Michelin Road 6 - Noisy Tyre?

Never noticed anything different with them tbh and did a lot of miles on them with the 1250. Previously ran CRA3, many sets. Also good.
Only tyres I did not like were the Annakee(?) things.

My front Road 5 was noisy so I went for CTA3 after a strong recommend here from Stick. I'd read about the Road 6 pulling and instability so decided against them.

I'll be 'sticking' with the CTA3's from now on (no pun intended) as they suit my GSA very well.

The road 6 doesn't pull and no instability for me.

I had Michelin R 6’s on my last GSA and thought they performed very well. The bike did pull to the left slightly, if the bars were released (the issue as described by quite a few others) but once they were warmed up they gripped incredibly well. I also used them on a track day (yes I used my GSA for track day tuition - it’s a very good demonstration of how capable the bike actually is) and have easily scraped foot rests as the Michelin Road 6’s grip so well.

I’ve also toured through France with them and on one of the days it was raining and properly wet. Whilst following our group’s lead guy, who was not hanging around (and also on the same tyres), through some fantastic curvy roads I remember sitting there behind him and clearly seeing, and being aware, that we were pulling some impressive lean angles as we made very swift progress on this beautiful ‘biker heaven’ bendy road that went on and on for miles. I also remember thinking that we were probably pushing our luck, as we were pretty much on the limit for the conditions as they were. But the tyres performed brilliantly and the only thing that I found with them, to get that level of grip in the wet, they’d need to be warmed up properly, first, otherwise they did twitch a bit. But fine when warmed up.

Having said that, I’ll probably try the Conti Trail Attack 3’s next - I’ve heard good things about them!
