micro switch

just took the rear brake light switch off and tested it and as sugested it is fekd,,,new senario with the rear brake light switch removed i switch on ignition both lights come on top one flashes rapidly bottom one goes off after a couple of seconds brake light stays on ,,took the bike for a run no servo and brake light stays on abs light flashing rapidly:anyone else had this problem???...gord

Might be worth posting in your original thread - chances are Steptoe will notice and give you some advice.

FFS you found the problem, now just replace the broken brake switch. End of problem.

Hi,
Try putting the old switch back on. It may cure all those faults you reports?
In the mean time, you know already you should get a new microswitch.
Hope this helps and sorry if I am stating the obvious.

thanks nunesaf but doing this just made the bottom light stay on as well as everything else ,,,thanks m8 was worth a try ,,,gord
