Microsoft Excel Help needed Please

How do i copy a drawing from Excel into a word document without it copying all the empty cells in the background???? View attachment Beaconsfield.xls (i only want the 1st map)
Also when i copy it into a word doc some of the text is missing

1. Make sure that you select only the drawing.

2. If its not all there, I imagine that it is probably a big drawing. In which case excel clips the edges..

Ah the wonders of Microsoft.

This could all be wrong as I can't see it, but I guess I could be right.

PM me your email address, I've done it but can't add it as an attachment.
Or you can do the same as I did:

Click on a component of the map and then Ctrl + A to select all.
Copy & paste into Powerpoint - this will copy both the maps.
Drag your mouse over the second map to highlight it all and then delete it.
Then you are left with the map you want, to copy into Word or whatever you want.

Used the Ctrl+A method above to copy into Paint. Then selected and copied into word.
