MIDDLE OF LIDL & ALDI FINDS - A place for all of your weekly finds and deals.

Just tried power washer and first impression is that it’s good.
And a cracking Mother’s Day present 😂

Lined hi-viz with pockets for those who like to ride their awesome bikes whilst wearing one. Not sure it be upto the job in the wet, but in the dry, might just be the thing to wear, without it flapping about like cheap builder a version does.

Available in stores this week as off Thursday the 3rd of April.

I’ve been waiting for this Petrol pressure washer to come in. Googled it before setting off, yes it’s in.
Couldn’t find it in store. Came home with some milk :blast
Googled it again , yep it’s advertised…… only to find out it’s only in Northern Ireland.:blast

Where have all the multiformat dvd players and battery chargers, jupypacks gone??

From Thurs 15 May

Probably needs a direct to battery connection as it will trip a BMW socket. Perhaps a battery tender or heated gear lead.

Save a trip to the petrol station and save money with this Portable Tyre Inflator.

This morning in my local Lidl.
A ULTIMATE SPEED branded portable tyre inflator pump.

IMG_6644.jpeg

The pump does charge via the supplied 3.6* USB-A to USB-C cable and included dual USB-A 12v ciggi outlet adaptor. Doubles up as a phone/ipad charging cable if you are sat more than 0.5m away from the socket.

IMG_6657.jpeg

And yes it is noisy. Like any compressor is.

IMG_6654.jpeg

Size: 24x6.5x5.7cm or 9.5”x2.5”x2.25”
Weight of the entire set including the supplied storage bag, charging cable, adaptor and supplied accessories 670g

IMG_6647.jpeg

The pump and inflating adaptors/accessories 574g

IMG_6648.jpeg

The spec:

IMG_6655.jpeg

Included inflating accessories/adaptors

IMG_6653.jpeg

Unit features an LED torch with three light output setting.
Continuous on.
Fast strobe.
SOS mode.

Nothing amazing, but good enough to find your way inside a top box/pannier/campsite/tent should you need to find your tools or indeed anything else in the middle of the night.

IMG_6650.jpeg

It is also cleverly placed, so that you can still use the light output to find your valve stem on the wheel.

IMG_6656.jpeg

The inflator hose is only around 125-150mm long. And the free spinning adaptor end isn’t the best of quality. I will see how well it does perform, but I will likely want to replace it with something a bit longer and better quality. It is though good enough to get one out of trouble.
All in all, it probably will take about same amount of space as your airman pump. But being long and slim, it’ll probably also fit a bit better inside your top or indeed toolbox.

The display and buttons.

IMG_6649.jpeg

Power on/off button. Latter requires pressing and holding for 5 seconds to turn it off.
Pressure gauge adjustment via +/-
Torch
And inflator activation button.
Display showing pressure units by default in Bar. By continuously pressing on/off button you get a choice of psi and kg/cm2

One thing to note, that the unit does need to have charge in order to operate. It will not work whilst being plugged into the USA-A/C Outlet. In other words it can not multitask. So be sure to have it fully charged after using it

Included is the instructions manual.

I have however picked up a pair of these for £1.99.

2.5m long (to use in my van) but just as good in the bike.
