Midges about ?

Very funny Den:clap

Came back from some fantastic mountain biking in Scotland with thoughts of going back with the R1150GS. Trouble is that I can't find any mention of where I can take my GS off road without getting shot at.:blast

I'm not sure yet if the TRF operate north of the border:nenau

Land access is very different north of the border.
Never listen to anyone who says there are no tress pass laws in Scotland, there are several .

The land reform Scotland act specifically does not cover motorised transport other than an invalid buggy.
There are several 'rights of way', usually old drove roads and the like which are drive able, but you would need to research them or contact someone that has.

If someone asks you to leave their land as you are stopping them work/stalking/farming
The land access rights don't cover you and you must leave, this has led to estates permanently placing stalking in progress signs up,which is wrong but its enforced by the council which means not at all.
