Hi all, i stripped the front end down on my 1200 adv a while ago. I have recently put it back together only to notice that the mileometer is flashing. Is this normal and will it stop once I start riding it? TA

Check all connections at the instrument block
Check the battery is properly charged.
Check speedo pickup in the final drive and its wiring connector by the rear shock.

I did my LED conversion this week and had the instrument/light cluster unplugged and out.
No flashing on mine when I rebuilt it.

Thought that happens when the ECU miles don't match the cluster miles???
