Mobile tyre fitting - Sussex?

Had my R1200 for the sum total of a week, go out to ride it this morning to find it has a flat and found this embedded in the tyre...

Can anyone recommend a mobile tyre changing guy in the Sussex area?

i had done 50 miles on my new GS when i got a puncture, i took it to a tyre shop and got it repaired and has been fine for 3200 miles of riding.

I was told that your BMW man would have come and took the tyre away and had it repaired ( cost of repair to me ) but not the rest, if it is under warrentee could be worth a try and save you a few quid.

Puncture

Im in Chichester, Took the wheel off to local shop and got new tyre and fitting cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Selsey tyres.

Had several punctures, always removed the wheel myself and taken it to Russ's Tyres in Portsmouth for proper repairs with an approved internal mushroom plug to British Standards. Where are you in Sussex?

Some car tyre places won't repair bike tyres as policy (scared of possible litigation in the event of a crash )

Bad news indeed on the Easter Weekend, best take the wheel to a local tyre suppliers and ask their advice. Either that, or the Yellow Pages is your friend.

The damage has to be assessed internally prior to repair, if it is too close to the sidewall or if the cords are too badly damaged the tyre may be scrap value.
