One i fear i know the answer too, the lower yolk on my sp370 has a cut running along its length, like someone's had to remove a bolt by force, i figured it'd be ok until i came across this section in a mot guide
arse, think i need a new one now
What do you lot reckon 
It's tigtened up to the specified torque without any problems.

I just wasn't sure if mot man would pass it, just looked back through some of my build piccys. The gap has actually got bigger in the past week
