One i fear i know the answer too, the lower yolk on my sp370 has a cut running along its length, like someone's had to remove a bolt by force, i figured it'd be ok until i came across this section in a mot guide

Reason for rejection
1.
a. a fork assembly component which is missing, loose, cracked, or excessively bent, misaligned or corroded.

arse, think i need a new one now :blast What do you lot reckon :nenau

It's tigtened up to the specified torque without any problems.

id say its a fail, u could hide it for the mot, but really its a vital part of your suspension, not in a really bad place, i kno,,,but do you really wanna risk it?
u could weld, drill an re tap it, considering the rareity of parts?

figured that'd be the answer :D I just wasn't sure if mot man would pass it, just looked back through some of my build piccys. The gap has actually got bigger in the past week  (i've taken lots of boring pictures throughout the build)

There's no way i'd ride it like that now even if you paid me. Also missing a rear reflector but thats small fry compared to this :D

'new' one on the way from fleabay :clap
