Found out this afternoon that the battery in my xchallenge had expired.

Just ordered a Motobatt as i seem to remember hearing some good things about them.

Anyone else using them? Are they any better/ worse than Yuasa?

I recently bought a new G650GS and was disappointed to find it had a wet lead/acid fitted. Not that there's anything wrong with lead/acid's, it's just that I prefer a sealed battery. So I changed it for a Motobatt. Very snug fit, but fits OK. In my view a definite improvement. The extra lugs on a Motobatt make fitting directly wired accessories much easier.

Fitted them to both SWIMBO's F800GS and my GSA. As sated the extra lugs ae very handy, I run the Fuzebloc off the rear terminals keeping everything separate. No issues after almost 12 months, cranks well, it is also a tad smaller.

Fitted one to my Dakar. Good fit and cranks very well compared to the oem lead acid one.
