My lower back is a bit buggered with disc suppression and nerve issues and after a long day on any bike I always suffer in the lower back .
So I’ve just ordered one from here

Be interested to see how you get on with it. I get a bit of the same and currently use a Rukka D30 kidney belt / lower back support that must be over 10 years old now and is getting a bit worse for wear.

Looks forward to hearing how you get on, I have similar issues. I always use a lumber role when sitting - except on bikes.

If it keeps the lower back in the right shape, avoiding a slouch, it could work
