It's amazing Google isn't worth tuppence, instead of billions....

Hi folk....

Google: Mototorcycle parking cambridge...

http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=mo...e=active&redir_esc=&ei=4YflUazeMaiM7Qa3joDADw

Up they pop, as if by magic....

http://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/transport/parking/restrictions/types/MotorcycleBays.htm

Google map your (correct) street and then Google map all or any of the streets listed in the link, to see if any suit you. You could even ask it for directions from Baldcock to Cambridge, right down to the very bay itself. How great is that?

Use Google Streetview to see what they look like.

Also available via Google (if you fancy a secure roof over your adventure motorcycle to keep the sun from beating down on it) is news of multi-storey carparks....

Motorcycle parking is not permitted at this (Grand Arcade car park was formerly called Lion Yard car park) car park. There are free motorcycle parking bays at Park Street car park and Queen Anne Terrace car park.

For more information about motorcycle parking bays visit the county council's motorcycle bays page
(I've done that for you already, see above)

Paul,
Do you mean East Road, as ther's no East Street in Cambridge

Neil

Yes sorry,

I did do a few searches yesterday, but the car parks were not all listing motorbikes.

just trying to gather some local knowledge, as the search stuff is not always accurate.
