It looks like I may soon be the owner of a new 1200. The pics I've seen of the M/C hugger look pretty good but I can't find it on their site. So, is it just a case of being out of stock, or, has it been dicontinued?

TIA

Yup, had both the MC one and both types of TT, this looks to be the best by far. Light weight, plenty of clearance from the tyre, doesnt seem to catch anything on full bump and it goes down far enough to cover the shock. Bargain! - get one bought! :thumb

I love the look of the Sandbar Huggar,, Does it stop the wet left leg syndrome??.
I would pay the price for the one that works and looks good, If it fitted my 12 ADV..

The sandbar hugger is the same(ish) price looks identical to the Wonderlich item, are they one and the same? I have the Wonderlich hugger and I am very happy with it. No more trench foot :thumb

Looks like the Ilmberger,Wonderlich & Sandbar are identical. I know Ilmberger makes the Wonderlich unit....... :nenau

has anyone got pics of the Nippy Norman hugger on their bike. How does it fit ? Does it work/ protect the shock ?

Mike,

I fitted mine today, the back of the hugger passes down to the bottom emd of the shock, I'd say it will portect it pretty well by the looks of it. If I get chance I'll take a pic of it.

I've got a Wunderlich fitted to mine which I've had on from new (11 weeks / 5,000miles) it works a treat but wasn't cheap.

Andy,

Thanks. Would be interested to hear your views as it think i will go for this or the MkIII TT hugger if they ever get it right.

The Sanbar/Wunderlich looks pretty decent but I'm not sure how the carbon fibre finish will look on the bike.

For the price, if it works well, the NN seems like a bargain.
