mountain bike stolen in york

My lad's Kinesis Maxlight was nicked from his mother's locked garage on Friday night in York. It's a unique bike, bright red, carbon rear stays and gold Hope hubs/brakes. Worth about £1500.
I know there's some mtb-ers on here so if anyone sees it around, would be very grateful to know.
I'd love to get hold of the ******* ******** scratters who broke in.....God, I'd make them cry for the mothers...

ime only down the road at thirsk and know a few mountain bikers, as well as take my own son to some trails, so we will keep an eye out north of york.

Thanks mate, I've put it on a few cycling websites as well.
It'll be some drug-addled skank flogging the bits for his next fix.
Loads of mtbs and good roadbikes getting nicked at the moment.
