Was in the Mourne Seafood Bar for a meal last night (fantastic by the way) and ordered a Guinness which they didn't have but they offered Mourne Oyster Stout - never heard of it before or seen it for sale anywhere else - anyone else tried it? It was quite good!

:mmmm Sounds like one of "Whitewater Brewery's"....They are a small brewery on the Tullyframe Rd near Attical...They sell most of their beers in around the Belfast area....blonde beer/ale etc.......cant buy any of it up here in the sticks, maybe its something to do with the Natives :loopy :D:D

I think you can drink it in the White Horse, Saintfield.

Yep - I saw Whitewater Brewery written somewhere in the bar...

Those oysters were lovely too.... Especially the oyster shot... (bloody mary with any oyster in it) :bounce1

Sainsbury's in The Sprucefield shopping centre stock the Whitewater range of beers. I have a standing order for "Clotworthy Dobbin" when the Ayatollah is up shopping.:beerjug:
