MPG Digital Read out

The digital readout on my 2010 g s 1200 seems to be stuck. Only owned the bike a short time so haven't really paid a lot of attention to the info button but when i saw theMPG didn't seem to adjust i ran the bike a mile or so in 5th to check and see if it would change but nothing.The run today was around 150 mile so i would think it would change in this distance.
Has any body else had a problem like this.

The MPG is an average, if it's not been reset in ages it will hardly move. Mine has been on 53.2mpg for the last 1,000+ miles.

When on MPG, press and hold info to reset it

If it's on "overall average mpg" at 4 years old it's going to take a while for you to make a difference.... 4 years of data vs your relatively brief ownership.

As said above, reset it and you'll see it change.
