Bummer. Terrible luck. If there was a chain, disc lock and steering lock, what's the answer? A bolt onto the floor on your own land but what else can you do on the roadside?

I guess we'll see what I find tomorrow. I'm very interested. Th officer hinted the guy he thinks nicked it is a local arsehole they can't pin anything on, he was hinting at how I might find him. We will be having further words in this direction tomorrow with a view at cutting down local motorcycle theft. In the mean time I am very interested in how he got the bike started (if he did). How can a local crack-head bypass the electronic key and canbus? It's not like you can cross wires? Without the transponder code the canbus won't power the ignition. As i say, I will report back. I'm very interested in this.
