First thing - Don't touch anything you haven't touched or disturbed when replacing the clutch. Or you'll end up like a dog chasing it's tail.
It maybe because the throttle is opened, so you won't get a reading thats any use as guide to adjustment.
Stop moving and adjusting things - It's not likely to be your TPS and resetting the motronic it by pulling the fuse does nothing to cure any problems ( forget all the things you read about it all the time, most of the posters don't seem to understand the TPS's function
) and will not effect the running , but now you've messed about with it you've introduced another conundrum into the equation.
Could be your throttle cables are dislodged in the junction box. That would also give you odd readings on the tps, thats why you shouldn't have adjusted it until you find the cause.
Start by checking the throttle pulleys are returning to their stops. But please don't adjust the stops if they aren't
.
.
Thought I'd then check the TPC voltage (which should be between 370mv and 400mv. This was really high at 3.5v, which suggests that there is a fault somewher.
Tried to adjust it, but the minimum voltage I get is 2.57v. Way, way to high.
