Picked up my 1200GS "30 Years GS" today, put >300 miles on it today - need to get the running in mileage done by Thursday for the service before a week in Europe :D

Stunning, stunning bike :drool

A bit odd!

Well, it can't even make up its mind whether it's a GS or a GSA. Most sane people would say 'what an extraordinarily ugly beast' but we know that 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder!' But honestly, it really is a huge lumpy bitty brute! That is not to say that it cannot be made to look beautiful - some of these German accessories people like Wunderlich or Snitchler(,) can do wonders - but at a hell of a price. But when you siitting on it devouring the countryside who the hell cares what it looks like? ,

Any bling yet sir ;)
Enjoy :beerjug:
