Picked up my new bike from Gatwick at the weekend. Great weekend for the trip back to Holyhead. Great bike! Loved the ride home. Think I might prefer the 1100 to my old 1200:D
Here's a pic of it somewhere in Wales on the way back! Amazing roads around there.

Have a question: I need to get it changed over to Irish plates. I took Part 10 of the reg cert and the seller took the rest, filled in to be sent off. The bit I have is the New Keeper Supplement. Is that the bit I need to bring to the NCT centre to change it over or do I need to wait for the full reg cert to arrive here? I'm a bit lost here! Thanks in advance:beerjug:

Good luck with the bike. You should have kept the full V5 and surrendered it in Ireland when registering the bike. The revenue will then return it to the DVLA in Swansea.

Cheers Brendan. Any idea what I should do now then?!

Bring the part 10 form in and see what they say. It might be enough. Failing that as the lads said contact the seller. But I VRT'd a car a few years back with just the Part 10.

Lovely looking bike by the way. Cann't wait to see it on Sunday.

You will need the full Cert. I VRTed a bike in January and the frame number on the bike showed an 8 and there was a 6 on the Cert. I had to send the Cert to Swansea and they said they couldn't change it and kept the Cert. Luckily the NCT people had seen it at that stage. They are very bureaucratic.
