My second new GSA

Not proud of the title but thought I would just put to bed my earlier posts regarding my crash and subsequent insurance write off of my beloved (and first) GSA. After 15 months of negotiations and a paper file which stretches to amost 300mm high, I am pleased to display my new 2009 GSA. The observant viewer will notice my old panniers and hugger which were kindly transferred over as part of the supplying dealers contract.
So, in a nutshell, should you ever be unfortunate to have your bike written off, prepare yourself for a year or so of negotiations!

very nice myndit, just like mine! They could be twins......well they are twins....oh, you know what i mean.

So why the 15 month negotiation? Did you have BMW insurance as a matter of interest?

Insurance

No it was not BMW, but another company. They were great but the whole thing was dependant on the oter side who were pretty hopeless really. Any way all sorted and I am smiling again.

Brilliant .......that's the thing with GS's.....make you want to do things like this...........can't say that about many bikes!
