Look back into the numerous Nav6 threads ,there was a link to a company in Germany doing refurbs on bmw sat navs

If its just the screen that's gone (and you fancy having a go yourself)they are easily replaced. Did a Garmin Zumo 390 recently. Wee thread on it here. Would not imagine that the Nav V would be much different.
