Nav 6 replacement

Quick question, anyone had a 2018 nav6 model replaced even though it is out of warranty if the unit is experiencing the usual ghosting etc issues?

Yes. There is a thread dedicated to the whole issue. Call Garmin and ask them to sort it out.
 
sent a nav 6 back today, lasted a year, 3 trips when the screen froze, 2nd replacement hope they are improved, to be fair Garmin are on the ball sorting out a replacement

[email protected]. I used this email address, just send your serial number (behind the battery) explaining the issue
 
Mines a 2018 model and still going strong. Fingers crossed!
 
Anyone that’s not got the Version 9 should get onto the Garmin website, Garmin support and get it registered, regardless of if it’s working alright or not because at some point it won’t be.
All they require is your email and the serial number which is under the battery.
