I talk on the phone all the time on the bike through my headset and it's never been an issue for me. I guess I can multitask

You should be able to get a nav iv fairly cheap second hand. You don't get the full interaction but why you need tyre pressures on your sat nav when they are on the bike computer is beyond me!

Earlier this year I was alerted by the bike, advising that my rear tyre pressure was low. I stopped at a filling station and found the pressure a bit low, but I knew it had been OK earlier, so I assumed a slow puncture. Normally I would ride slower and keep stopping to check the pressure periodically. With the Nav 5, I stuck the rear pressure indicator on the Nav and rode at normal speeds without having to stop to check the pressure, it does have its benefits.

It's not, and you are mistaken!

It gives a warning, you can put it on the Nav 5 and constantly monitor the actual pressure.

If you read the handbook it will show you how to display the tyre pressures continuously on the bike clocks.

Please read your handbook to see what displays can be seen continually.
Nav5 is not required for displaying tyre pressures on your bike!
You can watch your tyres pressures all day every day on your instrument display if you need to.
