Navigator V - Review

Try removing the hub from the Mac before connecting the Nav V. If you have any USB 1 Devices connected first the Nav V will not receive the USB 2 connection it needs (all devices connected or "daisy-chained)

Well that did the trick, or certainly seems to have done so. Nav-5 stayed connected for an hour or so. Also reply from Garmin eventually turned up, umpteen pages, thousands of words, and in there somewhere I found something to the same effect!

No worries. If push come to shove & you need to use a Nav V & yours is u/s or being fixed give me a shout.

Timaloy, the machine does remember what you have been searching. On the Garmin version 590lm it says in the internet blurb about the machine following your trends. Words to that effect.:thumby:
