New 1200GSA TE, mirror problem !!

I picked up my new 1200GSA TE last Thursday from a dealer here in Ireland. So far I love it and can't fault it..... well apart from this single problem

The right mirror hits the screen hard on a full left lock. I tried to adjust the stem but there's no movement in it. Is this a common issue ?? I'm presuming the dealer can fix it.

When you lift the rubber boot up from the base there is a 14mm locking nut, you need two scanners one on each nut and undo the bottom locking one first, can't remember but right mirror maybe opposite thread as well ! Once done the mirror should move.

Lift up the rubber that covers the base of the stem, and with two spanners you can seperate them and move the mirror to the desired location. It always astounds me when dealers don't adjust the mirrors and handguards correctly on brand new bikes.

It may be a left handed thread.

I had the bike back to the dealer today and it would appear they mounted the bars wrong !! Tried to imply I messed with them.
