Hi peejay
I’m glad you got your new GSA, and it sounds like you’re enjoying it…..on nice dry roads.
One of my mates picked his new GSA (yellow one) up from the dealer last Saturday. It was pissing down, but we went for a bimble down to Chedder.
So we stopped in one of the car parks in the gorge, so we could have swap, when Cruuuuunch, his bike fell of the side stand.
No major damage though, just a few scuffs on engine bars, head cover and handguards.
He was just a bit gutted though.

Which HiDs did you fit? Vines were adamant that I mustn't fit any such alien devices.

55watt dip n main and 35 watt aux's
Not had any warnings from Cotswold, I'll let you know if I get any comments on Wednesday.
Peejay
Thanks
I had a pair of Les's 50s in my 1150GS. They're now sitting in my workshop!
I'll be interested to hear what Cotswold say.
Incidentally, would you mind asking how or what they do when adjusting the dip beam setting for continental riding? The book of words says (very severely) that the lamp is very bright(!) and must be adjusted for riding in Europe and that this is a job for an expert, preferably a BMW-Motorrad etc etc.

I'll ask,
A couple of years ago, went through Spain with my mate on his 12gsa full Hids no adjustment, no problem
I need to know as I'm going across europe in the summer.

Thanks Paul
Ditto European Grand Tour for me at end of May and I fancy staying 'reasonably' native friendly

after searching for a properly specced and low mileage 2009, today ordered the 2010 GSA in Smoke Grey as the trade in on my K12R was up to desired level. Got the P+D, satnav and 3 boxes. Delivery next week. Is it me or hard they having difficulty selling the new models? No waiting list, decent deals to be done, etc.
