When my Multistrada arrived, there were stickers all over the red frame. It looked shite, so I peeled them all off and stuck them on an A4 sheet. It’s in the file, but I have a photocopy along with my other documents for when travelling abroad, just in case I get stopped one day.
If you’re really worried you could stick them on a plastic sheet, then reapply them at the point of sale, I personally don’t think anyone would give a shit.
Or stick it in the owners manual, or under the seat somewhere..............I mean............it's just a bloody sticker. What happens if the OP is planning to go round the world a few times on it and over time it wears off/fades/becomes illegible from stone chips etc. Does the bike suddenly become a pariah at most foreign countries borders or does the average customs official have the first clue that it should be there in the first place? Bloody ridiculous!
