Simon from Kawasaki Triple Parts up in Lancashire dabbled in getting bespoke replacement parts eg no longer available. The minimum quantities for far east suppliers plus having to become the “ quality inspector/ rejector “ meant he could never make a shilling out of it.Might have trouble shifting 1000 airhead enduro sumps?
IIRC I made 3 or 4 last time,when I eventually sold them I probably only covered the cost of materials and subcontract,
I’m not a big fan of working for free.:-(
