Finally arrived minus top box…
No time to enjoy as they dropped it my Garage at 1130 and now I am off to airport again to Singapore. Will have a play when I return next week Friday. Slight misunderstanding. I ordered the raised handlebars thinking they were raised with the usual spacers. Apparently not. The bars are a different flare or design making them a bit higher at the hands level. I actually wanted the raisers to lift the whole handlebar up. Will be fitted at the first service.

Congrats!!
Looks great. Hopefully the weather will be fine on your return and you'll get to enjoy it!

I will also give 0/10 style rating for puma sliders and white socks with elongated calf stretch!

my heart sank when I first read 'they dropped it'. phew

Lovely bike, enjoy

Enjoy !
Why do they call it triple black when very little of it is black ? The tank certainly isn’t black, nor are the toaster racks or whatever they’re called on the side .

Looking at the above pic, the tank is more a pewter colour, the HUGE pannier frames are silver as are the ally bits on the front of the tank.
So,apart from the top part of the tank casing and the rear rack, there is very little black that isn’t on every bike, such as wheels, tyres, seat etc.
Just seems a stupid name-it’s not as if they’ve made any effort to make the bike as black as possible ?

I think it’s just carried over from the older 1250 which was much more in line with the TB concept and colour idea. Having said that I preferred this to the other colour options.
Another marketing ploy my guess.
I don’t like the “white” aluminum panels on the sides of the tank and am waiting for some appropriate stickering to be more readily available. Also not too keen on the aluminum pannier holder/ clips.
There are some things they could have done better but it’s what it is and I will take it for a spin as soon as I am back home next Friday.

Meantime waiting for my Big Bus to take me to Singapore. I’m hanging out in your backyard at the moment 😁😁😁

Well it’s not your bike so it needn’t concern you if there isn’t enough black on a Triple Black to suit your tastes 😂

Traitor.
Enjoy the Wanker Tanker .

I’ll be in a BA wanker tanker in a few hours. A380 in the “coffin” seats upstairs
Talk about a design fuck up of massive proportions. Those business class back to front seats so you have to look at your neighbours face for parts of the trip are horrific🤣🤣🤣
I normally pick my nose and that quickly ensures the dividing screen goes up pretty quickly

Here ya go. Biggest wanker tanker I’ve ever been in…😁😁😁😁
