I picked my new GS LC up from Jeffries at 9.00am this morning.

I then took it for a 140 mile ride calling in at squires café for a butty.

Initial thoughts on the bike are firstly the engine...It PULLS LIKE A TRAIN. Totally different to my 1200 gs adv I have ridden over past 6 years. The clutch is really light and the gear change a lot smoother. The journos slagging this bike off must have had a hidden agenda because there was no sign of 'tank slapping'. I would recommend anyone with a current gs to try the new one and break open the piggy banks
.
Gonna do another full day tomorrow around n.yorks ( weather permitting
