So I have done just over 200 miles on the new GSA. Am loving the gearshift pro, especially the down changes and the punchiness of the motor compared to my last TC.
However a coupe of issues seem to be recurring so far and all today after riding for about 50 miles.
1) The bike has stalled a couple of times when changing from 1st to 2nd(using clutch), and has died completely half a dozen times on changing from 4th to 5th (Gearshift)
2) I visited the fantastic Shuttleworth Museum today, and on leaving the car park, 1st gear little throttle, the bike suddenly lurched forward at full throttle then cutout and lurched at full throttle again, before I managed to hit the kill switch, having nearly ended up in one of the hangar doors. All pretty hair-raising I can tell you!. I had been riding in dynamic mode.
Switched off motor set it to rain mode and cautiously rode home, poised to use kill switch, but had no further recurrence. Dealer was closed when I got home, so will call tomorrow and report. Anyway before it goes to dealer, does anyone know if there is a throttle reset procedure, that may perhaps work.... little disconcerting to ride if it's just going to take off on its own volition.
Anyone else have this happen?
