New Decals Ordered.

Just ordered some new tank decals for my GSA. Ordered the R1200 ones with "Adventure" underneath. Will post pictures up when I've got them and put them on. I've not seen another GSA with them apart from on the Humvee Graphics website. Always thought it strange that the GSA doesn't say Adventure, or at least GSA anywhere. Plus my OEM R1200 decals are very poorly done to say the least, they're all 'jagged' on the edges.

Nope, afraid not. Had to replace our double oven so got to start saving again Just thought I'd 'jazz' it up a little as the OEM decals have been bugging me since I bought it, they're really poorly finished

That is really shabby! I'd have had issues with that too!

Sounds like another warranty issue to me -jagged edges on decals - very shabby on a £14k bike

I thought it was pretty poor, but my wife said I was just being picky

I'll mention it to them, but as this post suggests I'm getting some new decals anyway. I just hope Humvee's right and there's no fading when I take the originals off

Looking at the pic again it looks like it may be a build up of polish residue around the letters, odd when you consider that the paint is a matte finish But that's what sales bods do to look busy on quiet days, wander around with a polish and a duster cleaning things that don't need cleaning "look at me I'm busy"

I'm 99.9% sure it's the finish on the stickers to be honest. Anyway they're off now, thanks for the advice on how to remove them. Used the hairdryer, and then used something called Remedy to remove the residual glue.
After removing them you could see a hint of where they were. It's taken a lot of elbow grease, t-cut and polish but I think I've got rid of any hint of them
Just need to put the new decals on now. They've arrived, many thanks, but I had them delivered to work and wednesday's I have the afternoon off. I'll either pop down later today to pick them up, or pick them up tomorrow.

Made a bit of a pigs ear with the beak ones so got to re-order some more
