Disappointing then. I didn't think the screen looked any different and I didn't like the V1 at all for the screen and the lacklustre engine at low revs. As its a 'ground up' rebuild it's annoying that they couldn't sort that one bothersome thing. I'll still try it as it will save me £17k odd if I don't like it .

Always a balance on this type of bike I guess. Bigger screen better for touring. Smaller screen better for gravel etc. they seem to have adopted a middle-sized one which is no good for either. I suspect bigger or smaller would be an improvement
Very personal thing screens though. I’m hardly an unusual size though - 6’ 32” leg.
My favoured dealer have volunteered to get a touring screen in for me to try (at their cost).
In summary, I liked the bike a lot but the screen is a show-stopper for me - plus I’m a bit concerned about the range for touring. My V4S was a pain like that. Always being the first to need fuel is a stress you can do without. They do have the auxiliary tank like the v1 but then you’re buggered for luggage…
Shame Ducati have not sorted the screen issue which will put many people off the new bike. Was certainly and issue on my Rally but worth the effort to resolve with different screens and helmets which has made it a keeper for me.
