I think it look fantastic, can't wait to ride one
It'll be my second experience on a HD, the first being the Livewire

The reviews are now beginning to trickle in and so far, they all seem extremely positive. Biggest niggle I have heard so far is that the screen wobbles a bit at high speed. Some German dude topped it out on the Autobahn at 140mph (limiter), so there's that....

ADVRider are currently doing a 2 day "live blog" of the US press launch. But they are only getting started now...

Fingers crossed it's going to be a good 'un. Mine arrives in June....

I read this morning that the EU are raising the tariff's on Harleys being imported in to Europe to 56% as of June. (Not sure how this relates to the bottom line, but its bound to have a significant effect on the price

HD's chief exec is quoted as saying "The potential impact of this decision on our manufacturing, operations and overall ability to compete in Europe is significant".

Be interesting to see how this affects Pan Am sales.

Being cynical, I wonder if BMW, Ducati and KTM have had a hand in this decision, after reading the early press test ride reports.

It was announced quite some time ago now and was all part of the duelling going on between the orange man child and the EU.

This is an update to the tariffs previously in place.

Not sure if the Pan Am's are being built in Thailand for the EU market, but the latest tariffs are going to be put on the Thai produced bikes as well.

The EU has changed a classification - this will kill HD in Europe if imposed....

The EU have been enforcing ridiculous tariffs on goods for years.

When I was selling screws, they imposed up to 86% anti dumping duties to try and bolster EU manufacturers (what was wrong about it was the 2 exemptions were the Chinese factories used by EU ‘manufacturers’!

Wankers, the quicker people realise just how crooked the EU is, the better!

Hopefully we’ll get a decent U.K./USA deal and build a Harley U.K. main hub.

Thanks for this.

Gotta love the "PCP deal" in the bottom right. 3,000 miles per year. Who the fuck will do 3,000 miles on a big adventure tourer like this? I'm likely to do that every summer month on mine.

So I guess its a good thing I am paying cash for it.
