New to me R1100GS

Simplicity, slower pace JB, never ventured beyond the twin cam, started off on an 1150gs, would love an R80 or R100GS but cant justify the cost.
Must be an age thing!

Welcome back to the hallowed ‘oil head’ club

You’re going to love it

Been out on mine this afternoon and there’s nowt finer as an all rounder

Simple, analogue, enough power to lift its skirts, but mellow enough to appreciate the scenery and smell the breeze

Hail well, my friend

Well done, Oilheads are the forgotten heros of BMW... Many of us have tried the Blingtastica range and like cheap food, the experience is passing and lacking in any lasting impression... My 11GS is having a rest waiting for a minor refresh and my 1150RT is a peach and will do just the same as the 1250RT I was parked near last night at the shops...
It cost me less than a deposit on a new one...😆👌
