That engine in that bike was an absolute peach and being honest was a better engine for that bike on roads but the rest of the bike was cheapened off compared to the V4 bikeIt’ll probably go ina few bikes.
Shame the outgoing V2 in the street fighter was a lot more powerful ..
Yeah shame they didn’t do an SThat engine in that bike was an absolute peach and being honest was a better engine for that bike on roads but the rest of the bike was cheapened off compared to the V4 bike
I was seriously tempted to swap my V4 for one until I test rodeYeah shame they didn’t do an S
17 kg lighter is impressive though
That’s funny , my 1260 with variable valve timing is a desmo engine ?Uses conventional valves as you can’t have variable valve timing with the Desmo set up
That’s true ,That’s funny , my 1260 with variable valve timing is a desmo engine ?
I thought it was just a cheaper engine built in India ?
What’s the obsession with power on here ?It’ll probably go ina few bikes.
Shame the outgoing V2 in the street fighter was a lot more powerful ..

Have you ever been to a Ferrari Challenge day? Cocks and balls on display with the £10000 a day whores as a back up to validate manhood.Sanity before vanity.
Considering that most people use them as toys, first and second owners probably not bothered. On the Multi maybe the second owner will have to deal with. On the R1250 is every 12000 miles. No one is complaining.Shame they haven't managed to match the Multi V4 for valve services on this engine - valve checks at 18,000 miles rather than 36,000?
I've got one of these too.I still like the air cooled 2 valve V twin in my Monster 1100
Same here with my 1260S Multistrada. That’s funny , my 1260 with variable valve timing is a desmo engine ?
I thought it was just a cheaper engine built in India ?
