It seems pre-91 paralevers had no 'OEM' power provision for heated grips. Evidence: Haynes manual (excellent) wiring diagrams.

Bit more progress, re doing the badly fitting centre stand while I’m stuck waiting for the final few parts to arrive and the paint to be finished. Nearly time for the big reveal

Also machined some brass bushes to replace the stainless ones which were galling because of stainless rubbing against stainless, super smooooooth now 
Yes I did, I took a feed from the fuse box to a relay and used the instrument lighting wiring to trigger the relay. The instrument lighting wiring isn’t used on my bike because I’ve got an acewell speedo
Slow progress but nearly finished. All the wiring is done now and everything’s tested. The bodywork is back from paint and I’m hoping to be able to get some photo’s of the finished bike in the next couple of weeks . Meantime here’s the electrics

She’s alive. Still waiting for blue tank graphics to arrive but other than that she’s finished and fired up. Zorst sounds lovely
