Newbie question

Open up Mapsource, connect the USB lead between the PC and the Zumo.

Once the zumo has gone through the convering to gpx then on the mapsource toolbar look for the "receive from device" icon, on mine it's next to the "send to device icon".

Once you've slected the recive form device, mapsource should open up a dialogue box and show your zumo, select what you want to download, tracks is one option ;) then select it to do it. It may ask if you want to overwrite any data, and if all you had was a blank file then no problem saying yes.

Once downloaded click on the tracks, and they'll show where you went :)

Thank you, that all works...:thumb2

Glad to help. You may also find in your Zumo a folder called "archive" when you connect it to the PC and look at the drives and the "garmin" folder. This holds the historical tracks and so far haven't accessed it via mapsource.

I've a 550 and it does that, but don't know for the 400 :(
